Over two decades of international experience and expertise in Operations Management, Project and Process Management, Risk, Governance, Compliance and Integrity Management. My career has been marked by a series of transformative roles and projects, including reshaping the operations platform for an international management consulting firm. In this capacity, I modernized the IT and systems architecture, introduced a comprehensive corporate Risk Management Framework and spearheaded the development of an Integrity (Ethics & Compliance) program.
My professional journey is characterized by significant achievements in utilizing business and process analysis, change management, and project management methodologies to drive large-scale projects. These initiatives have consistently yielded improvements in profitability and operational efficiency. Leading the national operations team at the Bank of Canada’s currency department during a pivotal business transformation period was a standout experience, for which I received the Bank’s employee excellence award for innovation. My global exposure, having studied and worked in eight cities across four continents and visited over 35 countries, has equipped me with a multicultural perspective and adaptability.
